Since our products are personalized with your company logo, custom designs, or specific branding text, our return and refund policy is structured differently from standard retail stores. - Customized & Personalized Products
● No Standard Returns: Products that have been personalized, custom-printed, or manufactured to specific customer specifications cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind or accidental ordering.
● Eligibility for Refund/Replacement: A refund, store credit, or replacement will only be issued if the product meets one of the following criteria:
○ The product is received in a physically damaged condition.
○ The product is structurally defective or non-functional.
○ The custom print, engraving, or logo alignment significantly deviates from the final approved digital proof/mockup. - Non-Customized (Plain) Products
● For items ordered without any custom branding, printing, or personalization, customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact. - Reporting Window & Proof Requirements
● Any damage, shortage, or printing defect must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
● To initiate a claim, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage, along with your official order number, via email. - Refund Modes & Options (Our Gifts to You)

● Before Production: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if the request is submitted before the design proof is approved and production/printing has commenced.
