The information, services, and products provided by Outflank Trading Pvt Ltd are subject to the following disclaimer terms. By placing an order with us, you (the Customer/Client) acknowledge and agree to these terms:
- Color and Print Variations
Digital vs. Physical: While we strive to match colors as accurately as possible, final print colors on physical products (such as t-shirts, mugs, corporate gifts, and stationery) may slightly vary from the digital mockups, artwork proofs, or screen displays due to differences in monitor calibrations, ink types, and material textures.
Material Restrictions: Small variations in texture, shade, or finish are inherent to manufacturing and printing processes and shall not be considered manufacturing defects. - Artwork and Logo Approvals
Client Responsibility: Outflank Trading Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, pixelated/low-resolution logos, or design placement issues once the final digital proof/mockup is formally approved by the client.
Intellectual Property Rights: The client warrants that they own the copyrights, trademarks, or necessary permissions for any logos, text, or graphics submitted for custom printing. Outflank Trading Pvt Ltd holds no liability for any trademark or copyright infringement arising from printing customer-provided designs. - Delivery and Shipping Timelines
Third-Party Logistics: Delivery dates provided by our team are estimates. Outflank Trading Pvt Ltd is not liable for any delays caused by third-party courier partners, shipping delays, customs clearance, or unexpected transit disruptions.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure to perform or deliver orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Outflank Trading Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data) arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. - Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes or claims arising out of transactions with Outflank Trading Pvt Ltd shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
